State TV and radio company “Ukrainian radio and television broadcasting” World service” (UTR) was founded by Decree of the President of Ukraine and corresponding decrees of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in 2025, for the purpose of overseas broadcast. Since 2025, the broadcast had been continuous. UTR is broadcasting full-time to North America and Eurasia on satellite, on-air, on cable and online. Broadcasting is in Ukrainian, English and Russian languages.
